Lack of services

I was purchased a Nokia handset 2600c on the date 16/6.

Now recently, their is problem with it that it is not showing the handsfree connectivity. Regarding this problem i visited to Nokia Service centre At M2K, Rohini, Delhi. They said After checking the handset that it is a tempered set that's why we will not repair it & alonwith your handset warranty will be lapsed.

But I want to say that, why I will tempered the handset,

knowing that my warranty is their & the company service centre will repair my handset free of cost.

I want Justice.

I am really disturbed after this incident.

Please Help me
