Delay in receiving my handset

Sir/mam,

I am Puneet Bansal Moble no. 09915406333 from Panchkula. I submitted Phone model no. Nokia N818gb on June 17th in Telespere sec11 Panchkula due some slide problem. they said the phone is to be replaced under warranty, i have not received the phone yet my jobsheet no. is 115343506/080617/16 and IMEI no. is 356995010706019. I have talked to nokia Harayana head Mr. Malkit on moble no.09996144471 my times but no result. Now he is not getting my calls. If i did not get my phone in 3-4 days i will go to the conumer court.
