Deactivated callertune

I am using Vodafone for last 2 Years.my cell no is 9986731615. today I got 3 sms from Vodafone saying my caller tune has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted from my account for which I haven’t requested them for. When I called the customer care no proper response or answe
