I submitted my N-95 on 5th of Sept for a complaint that was a blank display and audio problem. My handset is under warranty coverage and yet i was being charged for it. When asked the reply from the Nokia care center was that physical damages are not under warranty.
Now, i dint understand how a wire inside the phone which is not physically outside to be broken by me or even visible to me comes under physical damage and i have to bear the cost. Anyway i gave my phone for service and was promised to get it back in 15days maximum.
Today its been 19days and no news of my handset yet. When i call the careline they registered my Complaint for late delivery and asked me to call them again after 48 hours to get updated on the info. I did this and they said we don't have any info on your phone and call again later, same they did 2 times.! till now i don't know where exactly is my handset..
I request you to kindly help and take note of how poor NOKIA services are, I am not the only one with complaints here.
