We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased nokia N 81 on13/05/08 after some days one of the headset's point was not working & on 18/july we had given the headset on nokia care for replacement since then we are trying to contact them but no response from nokia care or the national customer care no 30303838 .On 18 of Oct it will be Three month How much time A reputed comapny takes to repalce it's own manufacturing defeact items. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the same model headset HS 47 at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
