I had submitted my mobile 1650 with Durga Communication (NOKIA CARE CENTRE) 126 MALL ROAD KINGSWAY CAMP DELHI 110009 ON 26/08, AS THE MOBILE WENT OUT OF ORDER. THE COMPANY RECEIVED THE SET AND CHECKED INSIDE THEIR PREMISES. AFTER ABOUT ONE HOUR OF WAIT, THE NOKIA CARE PEOPLES ASKED US TO PRODUCE THE BILL AS THEY WAS SOME SOFTWARE PROBLEM IN THE MOBILE. I HAD REQUESTED TO PREPARE THE RECEIPT FOR THE MOBILE AND I WILL SHOW THE BILL AFTER RECEVING IT FROM MY YOUNGER BROTHER WHO IS PRESENTLY IN BHATINDA UNDER GOING BE DEGREE. THE REQUEST ACCEDED AND JOB SHEET NO. 10448 DATED 26/08 WAS GOT ISSUED TO ME. I AGAIN APPROACHED THE OFFICE OF DURGE COMMUNICATION WITH BILL DATED 30/08, SO AS TO RECEIVE THE MOBILE, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE BILL AS TODAY IS 09TH SEPTEMBER AS THE VALIDITY IS VALID ONLY UPTO 30/08. I REQUESTED THEM TO GIVE THE SAME IN WRITING AND AFTER WRITING THREE LETTERS ON THE JOB SHEET THEY REFUSED TO WRITE FURTHER, AND DIRECT ME TO EITHER PAY FOR THE CHARGES FOR REPAIR OR TAKE THE JOB SHEET BACK WITH BILL. I RECEIVED THE JOB SHEET AND BILL BACK FROM DURGA COMMUNICATION AND ANTICIPATING EARLY ACTION IN THIS REGARD HAD APPRSIED YOU WITH THE TRUE AND CORRECT SEQUEL OF FACTS, SO THAT THE COMPANY CAN VERIFY THE WORKING OF THE DURGA COMMUNICATION AND TAKE ACTION ACCORDINGLY. I WILL BE HIGLY OBLIGED IF THE COMPANY ALSO APPRISE THE UDNERSIGNED WITH THE ACTION SO TAKEN IN THIS REGARD, OBLIGE.
