Not satisfied with the service and recieving the same problem again

My imei no:353659016091114... these ppl are not repairing, the are foolin arround... for changin the audio gateway they serviced it... for the 1st day it was workin and for the second few days the other person on the call is not able to recieve my voice... and they hv damaged my phone's othe part of the body also... i need a perfect solution... they r not responin properly... i hv paid Rs.3500 also as on the bill..i need a answer and a solution for this...
