Today, I visited the Nokia care centre at Rajkumar, Andheri West, once again regarding the E 51 screen going blank.
I was told by the representative that yesterday, 23rd September their system did not start, so he did not call. He would check once again today and will call if the system starts working. On asking he replied “I will call only if the system starts working, otherwise no.” he said.
And what if it does not start today, what if it starts after ten days, would he call?
He replied “No, it is only for today. I cannot keep it in mind that long.”
And calling on his Phone: 022-32470748 / 26792283 gets no response.
What is a consumer supposed to do in such a case?
Can someone suggest as to what should be done?
