Dear Sir,
Please find the attachment showing purchase bill of my nokia handset (E62 serial no. 35974300048092) of 27 Feb. and also the replacement slip given by metro telecom at mangalore (your authorised dealer) on 01/08, and service job sheet of 06/12.
My handset is having some software problem and joy stick problem and your customer contact persons at metro telecom are telling its not repairable and we cant replace your handset because its not in warranty.
Before coming in a contact with your centre, i went to udupi nokia care, they have checked online and replied that your handset is not having a warranty because after replacing the hand set. The nokia care (metro telecom) have not updated the warranty of handset which i got after replacement even my old handset (serial no. 359743000531725) which being purchased as on above said date is also not having the warranty no nokia care wants to take this handset without warranty at udupi.
Is this the service provide by the nokia for customer satisfaction or this is the cheating with customer by Nokia care.
Please revert back with your plan of action before i will put any legal complaints against your services.
