I was facing a problem of poor outgoing & incoming audio quality in my handset, which is in warranty period (purchase date 15.09.2008). To rectify the fault i have given it to NOKIA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE (add. mention below), but the matter is pending since 04/09.
