My cell phone has been in repair since August for 'No Outgoing Audio' problem. This hasn't been solved for till now.
A couple of weeks back I was shown my phone totally scratched and bruised which I have refused to take unless it is solved for.
I request you to solve for it by either replacing the handset or changing the scratched parts. Please solve for it ASAP.
I am in talks with my lawyers for a possible legal action against Nokia India, Nokia Careline in Jaipur and also the preferred Nokia Vendor here. If not solved for within a weeks time you will get a Courts Notice.
