Nokia/E90
Inner screen not working

Dear Sir,

I have recently purchased Nokia E90 on 21 june 08 and today on 21 july 08 its to my suprise that all of a sudden the inner screen is not working and that too the phone hangs a lot of time. The charger is also very unusual it works on some socket and not on all sockets. The IMEI of the phone is 353660012399717.Spending a hefty amount for such a poor quality work is never expected from a company like Nokia. I would request that if my complaint can be checked urgently or if my handset could be changed ASAP without any delay. Would appreciate if i get a quick answer to my complaint.
