Nokia GSM handset Model 2630
New set ig getting Hanged

I purchased a brand new NOKIA 2630 GSM mobile handset from Nokia Priority at Yamuna Nagar (Haryana) with IMEI no as 358658012982529 on 22 Jan. This set is not working satisfactorily. The operating system is getting Hanged (struck) in last operatoin and does not come out of it.. The battery has to be removed from the set to restart only. This problem was shown to local Nokia priority but there was no satisfacotry solution or reply from them. please help me
