Epair of 6300 Handset

My wife gave her nokia 6300 for repair as it was not starting, at nokia care at Bandra centre, (Rainbow) due to the network problem on 12th September (Job Number- 346434038/080912/08)

After around 10-15 days they repaired & return back the same which worked for 5-6 days & we faced the same problem, afterwards once she visited the same stores where they explained her the problem is with SIM Card, pls get it changed.

We have gone ahead & change the SIM but once again we faced the same problem, so she visited stores once again & given the same handset for repair, Now this time the rainbow team has reverted that you may tried to repair the handset from outside or there is some internal damage is happen which may not cover under warranty

Now the current status is handset is with Nokia care & we are waiting for the feedback whether it will cover under warranty or not.

Want to know if we have to esclate or inform this issue to Nokia team higher up to whom to contact & if their is a repeated problem then can nokia team can replace the product
