I own a Nokia N97. I hah purchased this handset in Aug. Since the time I have purchased this product, I have been facing lot of issue like:
1. Battery / charge drains off after 2 calls (2 - 3 min call)
2. Once I restart the phone (switch OFF and ON) the charge level shows full. But after a calll it shows "Low Battery" and turns OFF.
3. Always plays default NOkia ringtone even if I have set custom Ringtone.
I had given this handset of mine for Service at Accurate Care (authorized Nokia Service center). They just updated the OS version and returned my handset.
But all the above problems still persisted. Also this time the phone hanged a lot.
Hence I returned the handset for replacement because the handset is in Warranty. This handset costed me Rs 3-. I have not payed to get this handset repaired often.
When I submitted the handset for replacement second time, I was ill-treated by a technician named Mahendra in the Accurate care center. They were not ready to create new Service order as a Repeat repair. I have even raised a concern to Nokia care. There is no action taken for this complaint.
Also I was informed I would get a new handset within 15days. I havent recieved the handset yet. Its more than 15 days. Generally, if repair takes more than 2 days, customers would be given standby / loaner handset. Which I was not provided. Now they say they have repaired the handset. If problem still persists I have to return again, They will repair it and give it back after 20 days and then this cycle will continue.
I DONOT want a DEFECTIVE product that was sold to me to be repaired again and again. And this product almost all days stays in Service center
