Nokia 7210 supernova v 07.23 new firmware - problem

I ve upgraded my firmware to v 07.23 from 04.87 recently. I have a small problem. When something is loading, the theme doesn t show me that loading frame, it shows me something, a question mark, instead. What can I do? I’ve tried to change the themes, but nothing and I forgot my Phone Security Password also. What do you suggest me to do?
