This is reference to my NOKIA Mobile Handset Model No - 7310 C Supernova No- 35355028472899. I purchased the handset on 4th Dec 08 from AIR CONNECT, Sector -14, Gurgaon. Scan copy of Bill attached herewith. In the month of February 09, I started facing problem with it.

For the incoming calls and SMS's, the names that were saved in the Phonebook were not displaying and this problem was for few nos only not for all. I referred the Air Connect showroom they checked the setting and said this problem should not be there. The memory setting - phone and sim was already chosen. He saved one dummy no and checked and the name displayed, but the problem continued for the other nos which were not displayed. He told me to try for few days and refer it to Nokia Care. I referred NOKIA care, they told me there might be some software problem and data will be lost so save the data and then give the phone to them. I told them to give the replacement cell for the mean time and they said it will take just 2- 3 hours and phone will be handed back same day.

This kind of inefficient service is not expected from the NOKIA brand. I somehow managed to save the Contacts and let go of the other data in my Mobile so that it could be repaired fast. In the mean time there was a new problem the Nos 7, 8, 9 stopped working. Even after pressing these nos. the nos were not appearing on screen.

In just 2 months of purchase of a new cell I faced problems like this which is not tolerable. I deposited my set with name display problem and problems with 7, 8, 9 keys. After 3 hours of waiting at Nokia care centre I deposited my cell on 12th March 09. JOB No - 115433527/090312/92 . They said there was a problem and the repairing will take time 7-10days. I asked for the replacement cell and they said it is not in their policy. This is sheer negligent code of conduct. I had bought a new hand set and they told me to manage on my own for 10 days.

I had been calling to ask the status and there was a reply, handset has not been received as yet and it will take time. All the time only i had been calling, NOkia never reverted with the status. On 20/03/08, i called NOKIA care and they said Hand set will be delivered at my residential address on Saturday 21/03/09. There was neither a call from your people nor did i get my cell.

I went personally to confirm the status and my set has been given to me without any confirmation. On using the cell, i found that even the Default Ring Tones are missing. What is the surety that it will be work properly now., your people told me to come back again if it doesn't. These people are least bothered and don't know how to deal with customers. It is responsibility of the company to listen and act to customer complaints.

Now again am I am facing the same problem with 7, 8, 9 keys.. These keys are not responding. I went to NOKIA care yesterday ie 22/04/09 and they told me to deposit the cell again and coorection will take at least 10-15 days. What is this, I am really annoyed with NOIKA. Have i bought the cell to give to Care centre for repair and that too for 15 days. They also refused to give me a replacement cell.

I have been loyal customer of Noika since past 7 yrs. I have used 2100, 6360, N70 earlier. I bought a new cell and within 3 months of purchase it is bothering so much, what is the surety it will work properly now. Even after a major problem like this and with no confirmation from your people, I want a repalcement of my handset 7310

Please help me out as I want replacement of cell failing which i will have to file a complaint in Consumer Court.
