I have sent my old battery but I can't receive new battery. I sent the date 7.03.08 and address Mail Order solutions, customer service Department, Mumbai, pin:400053. I have sent Speed post no: SPEN629172224IN . Please sent my new battery. Your Company Promise me sent the batterys . your service was bad .. No response persons in nokia care shops... this your bad service .. this is not right way .. I fan of your brand .. But your company was cheating me .. this is not correct . your the responsible .. thanking you.
