Replacement of BL-5 series battery

Sir,

In the past, when NOKIA announced to replace some of the BL-5c series batteries, I registered the same through internet. My battery was shown under defective category. On register, it was shown that the battery will be replaced to my address soon. My battery no. is 0670400363563N387413102895. I have been waiting for the battery replacement for the last 2 years but there is no result from Nokia office. At least now, may please be replaced as early as possible.
