I HAVE PURCHASED NOKIA MOBILE -7210 SUPERNOVA FROM "ASHISH COMMUNCATION (AUTHORISED DEALER), LAXMIGANJ, GUNA -473001 (MP)" ON 25.01.2009 BILL NO-6918. AFTER FEW DAYS IT IS OBSERVED THAT ITS MAIN KEYPAD BUTTON (SELECT BUTTON) IS BROCKEN DUE TO MATERIAL FAILURE. MOBLE SET NEVER FELL DOWN OR MIS HANDLED. THERE IS NO SCRATCHES. WHEN I VISITED TO THE 'ASHSIH COMMUNICATION ' HE REPLIED RUDELY AND TOLD THAT HE IS NOTHING TO DO WITH REPAIR & GO TO NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE. I VISITED THE NOKIA SERVICE & HE ACCEPTED THAT THIS THE MATERIAL FAILURE BUT TOLD ME TO COME AFTER FEW DAYS. I AM STAYING AROUND 30 KMS AWAY FROM GUNA & NOT EASY TO VISIT SERVICE CENTRE FREQUENTLY. EVEN THOUGH I VISITED SO MANY TIME SERVICE CENTRE BUT YET TO GET ANY STISFACTORY ANSWER.
IT IS REQUESTED TO TAKE UP THE CASE AT PROPER LEVEL TO ACCEPT THE WARRANTY OF SAME AND INSTRUCT SERVICE CENTRE ACCORDINGLY.
