Dear Sir,

Greetings,

I am ur custmore having "Nokia 7610". This mobile having key pad problem and not woking properly. When i was going to Customer care office in Bhopal old City Sindhi Colony office in Bhopal. He is saying that this handset not in Gurrenty and saying me, that i have to pay 800/- for it. I am buying it from SONY TRADERS Bhopal date 28 september. So, How it is out of Gurrenty. If you will not help me than I will go to consumer form and i will complain against Nokia. Then I will not responsible for it.

I have a great trust with Nokia and you also because Nokia is a great company every Indian belive in Nokia and Nokia service also.
