This is in reference to my mobile handset N-70 music edition was given problem of blank display for the same I had submitted it at your customer service point here in guwahati on dated 23-01.Finally when I asked them the status of the same on 02-02, they had informed me that it could not be repaired by them. Can it be possible for you the rectify the matter? My jobcode is 54340 at Bharali Service Centre, G.S Road, Guwahati-781007.
