Disconnect the call automaticaly, music file automatically open during call is going on with loudspeaker on

during two month i have got a problem during call

my phone automatically starts its loudspeaker, music file open and then its disconnect the call automatically. and also while some one calling me then it is denied by the phone automaticaly
