Regarding status of my job sheet

Hi,

I am holding a Nokai N72M cell. There is some fault in the cell so i am submitted the cell in Nokia Service Center at Jabalpur [M.P.] on 20th June. They have sent the cell to Delhi Service center since they are not able to rectify the problem. The job sheet number is 14812. Please let us know the status of job sheet number as it has been almost 20 days since i have submitted my cell.
