My friend went to the Nokia authorised service centre at Shree Communication (Pune) shop no 1-2, yashogita building, near mhatre bridge, erandwane, pune-04 on 11th Aug to inspect his cell. THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IN THE CELL IS THAT THERE IS NO NETWORK. The cell is yet not able to find the network eventhough with all necessary inputs. They people committed to repair his cell within 2 days & took a charge of Rs 550/-. During the follow up, people of service centre were said that cell was in the head office for repairing purpose & could be repair after a week. It was returned back to the service centre from the head office on 29th Aug without repair. They again kept it & try to repair it till 13th sept. But they didn't able to find the problem for any rectification. Is it the way to give the after sales service to nokia customer like me? People of service centre are saying to my friend that they will not repair his cell b'coz they are not able to find the fault.
My quarries are as follows:
What should my friend has do with his cell which was purchase before 3 months only?
Is this the life period for nokia cell?
What is the actual problem in his cell & why people of service centre cannot rectify?
Why should my friend has to pay If it is cover under the warranty period?
I am awaiting for the justices from your side.
