I had purchased a NOKIA- N72 handset from M/s Priyanka Electronic, 372, Nai Basti, Sitapur (U.P) vide Bill No. 4625 dated 01.12.2007 in may there was a problem in the functioning of the set and therefore, I handed over the same to M/s Priyanka Electronic and got it back after one month. In October, the set again started to give problem and I had to surrender the same to M.R Service, Nokia Care, 213, Vijay Laxmi Nagar, Sitapur (U.P) under receipt No. 15062 dated 06.10.2008. Again it took a month before I got back the repaired set. However, the N72 phone is still not functioning properly. Please advice me how I can get the hanset properly repaired as i feel I have commited a mistake by purchasing such a high end adn costly products which is constantly causing problems.
