I had purchased Nokia N72 Mobile on 12 Aug 07 which is still under warranty period. On 07 Apr 08, it was switched off automatically and since then it is not switching on. I had submitted it for repair to Nokia Care - Planet Cell, Aundh Pune. After keeping my mobile for 2 days; they gave me a poor response saying that the mobile cannot be repaired without stating any exact reasons. On the contrary they said that I must have tried to get my cell repaired in a local workshop that is why the cell doesn't work. On enquiring with nearby shops, I got to know that this shop is fraud and there are many cases filed against them. They have damaged many mobiles in the past. The technicians sitting there are fraud and incompetent. When I took my handset to another shop, they in their initial diagnosis refused to take the handset saying that mother board is completely damaged and many expensive IC's are missing on it. I am sure these Nokia Care people have taken out my original mobile parts or they have replaced the mother board inside with an old one.
Now I am fully dissatisfied with the services and need to get my Phone replaced with the suitable compensation. Due to this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to non availability of my Phone I am unable to contact anyone and vice versa. I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to the deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to non availability of my Phone for almost 10 days.
I hope strict action would be taken against this centre for their irresponsible attitude and damaging my mobile. Also appropriate compensation with a new Handset should be provided to me. Also I urge you to cancel their dealership as I am not their first victim.
