Complaint for carelessness

I gave my nokia72 for repairing, i bought new set just 3 months before.it got some display problem i gave it to nokiacare in hyderabad, mehdipatnam but its been 2 months i didnt get back my phone, every time they are saying they sent it to factory in chennai.its really shows how much careless they are about there customers
