My hand set is not working within 4 days of purchase. i have send my hand set to nokia care dibrugarh. After a week pass i dont no whether my hend set will replace or repaire. They only told that my hand set is send to Guwahati it will take 20-25 days to come. Will u help to know the status of my hand sets. My job sheet no. 21234506/080911/16 dated 11 sep'2008.
