Sir,

I have purchased N72 set, IMEL no 356966017718570 from Neel kanth mobile shop Gorakhpur on 09.11.07. My phone become Un serviceable and I have given my mobile set to Nokia Auth centre at Jamnager ASC No 397_434038 and Job sheet No 397434038/080826/14 on 26 Aug. My phone not yet repaired after 45 days.
