I purchased N72 nokia mobile on 4th october, 07. within a month it got repair and in the care centre they informed that system falut. hence all the items will be lost on servicing. i agreed for that and again i loaded all software on my cost. now again the same problem repeated. on 20th i gave my handset to nokia care. they gave job sheet no.00743038/080220/1 and 00743038/080220/2. nokia care centre informs that it will take a minimum of 15 days for rectification. i feel it is very bad on their part. any problem can be solved within a day or two. i have to manage without mobile for 15 days or .i feel it as hardship faced by customer.
kindly solve the problem at the earliest.
