THE CUSTOMER CARE,

WE HAVE BSNL LANDLINE PHONE CONNECTION INSTALLED 09-03-01, WE DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM GETING GOOD SERVICE ON TIME, WE HAVE RECENTLY RECIVED INTERNET CONNECTION GETIT THROUGH BSNL LINE, BUT WE DONT HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE IN THIS INTERNET CONNECTION AND ALSO USAGE.

SO WE ARE REQUESTING YOU TO DISCONNECT ONLY THE INTERNET CONNECTION AND RETURN THE MODUM/ROUTER TO BSNL OFFICE.AND CONTINUEING THE LAND LINE PHONE USAGE.

PLEASE TAKE THE IMMIDIATE EFFECT AND DO THE NEEDFUL
