Not getting information of usage

Hi,

I am trying to open a site of bsnl internet usage but due to some tecnical problem from exchange it's not opening. It's being a 2or 3 week exchange offcier is saying it will open in next day but the problem is remain unattendant by them. Now i want to open and see my usage on urgent basis.

So kindly look in the matter and resolve the issue on urgent basis.
