Nokia N-73 ME
When i getting service fron nokia care they just replaced my cellphone n said that it is new n now it have hardware problem

I submitted me cellphone to nokia care

they replaced it n said it is new

but i recogniged it had been used by other now my warrenty period is over

n they don't help me what can i do ...? pla help me out
