Subject: Mobile (N81) having more problems after getting repaired ant nokia care.
Firstly i checked into nokia care at "Nokia care, F-27, 1st floor Prime Mall, Irla, Vile Parle West" to get my mobile repaired. The problem that i was facing was that none of the keypads (alpha-numeric and the slider) wasn't working and the mobile would frequently hang. After i went to "nokia care" i got to know that my mobile was water logged. They did repair my mobile (job no 573504867/090408/8) and it was working perfectly fine at the time they handed over the ' repaired ' mobile to me.
Thinking the mobile is all fine i slipped it into my pocket least expecting it to go wrong again the same day that to within a few hour. The same day i had to leave for kolkata so i could not check into the same nokia care again. At first the mobile was not able to catch the network, but eventually a large number of problems started.
1. The mobile is not catching network
2. The screen is flickering
3. The mobile is switching off on its own
4. The mobile hangs
5. The music player is not working
Since my trip there was of 20 days, i just came back yesterday and today, i again went to the very same nokia care. I wud surely like to get my mobile repaired but then i don’t want to pay a hefty again for repairing my mobile. I had already paid Rs 1750 when i first got it repaired and just because i could not come back in time to get my mobile re repaired, i don’t want to pay again.
I fully believe that it was same technical or setting mistake done on part of the technician that handled my mobile that i am facing so many problems.
Been throughout a loyal nokia user, i am really disappointed with the way things are working out today. Since i bought it at a very dear price and have already paid so much in repair, i don’t want to pay all over again and do expect full value of my money.
