Dear Sir,

This phone is purchased two week back and since purchase this phone is given be lot of problems. This phone is also repaired in your nokia center on 7/1/09 but problems could not be resolved.

Now also phone is in NOKIA CARE CENTER NOIDA. JOB SHEET GIVEN TO ME is 114434038/090109/61 which again status is not searchable through your site appears to be some problem.

I hereby request you to replace this set with new seal pack set otherwise it would be a great loss to me.
