Iam a Army Officer and presently serving nearly 50kms from Shillong Nokia Care Centre. I bought Nokia N95 8GB on 25 Oct from Bhagwati Eloctronics, New Delhi. Bill No is 1415 and book no 15. On 28 Jan I approched the Shillong Nokia Care Centre related to the problem of my phone battery, and deposited it with the centre forreplacement as my phone was under warrenty period. I was given the assurance that my phone battery shall be replaced/repaired within 20-25 days. I kept on callling the care centre for the same the responce was, "you will get within a week". I travelled thrice to the centre for the same after getting the conformation tnat the new battery has arrived, but all in vain. Morever, the responce from tne two ladies sitting to attend the customers is very pathatic and partial towards the locals residing in Meghallya with outsiders. Iam forced to give such type of complaints, Iam a user of Nokia Handset from years and recently bought the above mentioned set. Its my sincere request to place initiate a strict action against such service centre who create a bad image for Nokia and harrasment for the customers. The only word of regret is 'SORRY' from the care centre to me and the same is from ny side to the company.
My nature of job is such that icannot go frequently to the customer care and can not remain without a phone for a longer duration.
