Replacement of faulty handset

I've purchased a new NOKIA-Navigator 6110 on 1st July at Delhi, but on 18th Aug 08 i faced some kind of charging problem as it was not getting charge inspite of charging for many hours. I gave it to nokia care in dilshad garden * got back the set after 15 days but again with same problem. again i gave back & asked to replace the set... my wait went to 15 days & i got a new set as said by nokia care centre but i found out many phone no. already stored in it & problem of charging still remains the same... i gave the set back to same nokia care on 3rd oct. 2008 * till now after so many visits & enquiries, i am unable to get solved my problem.

It really takes a toll mentally & officially..
