I purchased my Nokia 5220Xpressmusic edition from a an authorised dealer in Aug at Bathinda, Punjab, after almost 6 months, its ringer & volume was giving trouble. I took it to the Nokia care center at Bathinda, Punjab India. They took three for days and they returned me the handset. After few day's I checked the IEMI no of the set, which I was found changed. The set returned to me having IMEI no is 353662015299944 and my oregional handset no. was 353662013105283. I complaint them for the same and they assured me to give me the my handset. Now fifteen day'd gone they could not take the action. If Nokia care does not care about customers, which is the best forum. Can I go to consumer courts. If Nokia care is reading this, please reply to this. My contact no is 9417684818. Now i request you to please lock the 5220Xpressmusic telephone with this IMEI no. 353662013105283 Serial Number and thus to prevent any unauthorized person having possession of it to use it as his own.
On 4th may they told me that your handset had been lost, now they have taken the handset having IMEI no.353662015299944 from me and assured me to give the new handsate after swapping with in fifteen days from nokia care, Delhi. Now eighteen days gone they yet not give me the handset. I request you to please do the needful as early as possible.
