Nokia/ Nokia 7310 supernova
To delay in reparing nokia 7310 supernova

Hi,

I have submit my phone on 11 Feb, 09 in nokia care at Ludhiana near Foutain Chowk. In my phone keypad is not working (789 switches not working). But till date i m not receive my phone. and your nokia care service executive says that they are not receive some parts from their HO and they give me excuses day by date. I m also attached my job sheet. Kindly solve my problem asap.
