Mobile does not start

I purchased NOKIA 5310 Xpress Music on 26th Apr'09. On June 30th, it sudenly stopped working just after two months. I went to Nokia Service Centre. They told me that water have entered into mobile. However in the job card they did not mentioned the same and asked for 2500 Rs repairment cost. I told the same that i could pay only if the water seepage problem is written in job card. In return, they told that they cannot write the same on job card as this may not be the cause, but can be due to many other reasons. I told them that when you cannot say its water seepa ge problem, then how can you charge for the same. They didnt listened and were adamant of charging full 2500 Rsbecause if its not water seepage problem then it would be their burden to bear the service cost of mobile.

The customer service centre was Cell-WLL, Gurgaon

I will say no company can be a world leader in future if its poor in these values. And service says a lot to customer than sales
