Delay in delivering the cylinde

We registered for a cylinder long back with Chella gas agencies, Selaiyur and till now they have not delivered the cylinder. Whenever I call them for the cylinder, they tell the load is not there. If at all they have, they tell the cylinder will be delivered today, tommorow and so on... But till now we did not get the cylinder. My registration number is 19234. Currently I have only empty cylinders. Please look into this and do the needful
