I am not satisfied with your services

Dear Sir,

I am a policy holder of your esteemed organisation, my policy No. 615454182, but i am not receving any prior notices in respect of the abovesaid policy and hence i was not able to make premium in time. However, i am promptly remitting premium in resect of the other two policies for the last several years, which are (1) 720528496 and (2) 722809960.

Kindly inform me when i have to make payment in respect of the above policy bearing No.615454182, immediately.
