Egarding train timing Lucknow to Raebareli

Dear Sir,

I want to inform that i am daily travelling from lucknow to raebareli and always use the indian railways services and i am follow the gangagomti exp (Allahabad to Lucknow. and intercity exp. (Pratap Garh to Kanpur) but both the train has not come to station on time and mostly Bachrawn station master and other station master has crossed the two train on one station due to this reason both train has late.

please take this complain on firstly.

because mostly person has employee and his job is not safe due to train timing.
