I had been an SBI card holder for the last seven to eight years. I am getting good service also.
Of late, I am getting some aggressive offers like an unsolicted DD, so as to enable me to use the ATM facility. Pl. note that I seldom use the ATM facility and no aggressive marketing from your side is necesary is motivate me to use the same. I believe that I have the right to choose the mode of operating my credit card. As such, please do not send any such motivating offers, like an unsolcited DD, to me
What is more agonising is the aggressive nature of such unsolicted telephone calls. (as if from a tout). With lot of questions from side, the frachiser fianlly tells me that the DD is free of interest for 30 dyas; but I have to pay processing charges, courrier charges etc. Look. This is too much.
