Please let me know, how long I am going to get the same reply from your Representatives saying "we have forwarded your complaint to our concerned department. Kindly wait for some more time" Kindly say how long is this some more time (tell the date).
Only for Phone calls followup itself I have wasted around Rs.600/ think this will be much more than the watch cost.
I think this is not at all fair from ITBC side. For this simple thing I have made several followup's.
If not possible please let me know. The commitment while making the order, as well as during followup in not at all kept up. This is shame on ITBC's part. I really did not think ITBC will cheat this much.
Please don't make fool of me anymore, I am fedup.
Kindly make this as a final followup. Expecting your speedy response & reply.
