This is to state that my laptop (serial no. cnu7291g6x) encountered some hardware error due to which its bluetooth was not working properly... its been 22 days since its lying in the service center, sec 34, chandigarh, india.. and disapointingly, the engineers over there are still unable to get the correct part.
kindly help them with the suitable part as early as possible so i may be able to carry on with it
