Internet not working & disconnect

Dear Sir,

I am the user of mtnl broadband, my telephone no. is 011-22372295, I have problem with this connection since last one month. It is working some time and some time not and the DSL not comes many times in a day. I have complaint many times in my area's office and on these no. 1504, 22374070, 22374080. My complaint numbers are these-6409, 4812, 9971. But it is not solved till now.
