On dot Couriers
Package Not delivered

I was expecting a shipment which was sent through On dot courier service. The Airway Bill Number 228032540

It was meant to be delivered at Bannerghatta road Bangalore. The parcel has reached Bangalore 0n 16th of October. But it is not yet delivered to my house which is just 4 kms from Madiwala branch.

Every day when I call Mr Mohanty at Madiwala branch (Mobile #9590492768), he says it has been taken for delivery. Not sure what to do next.

Today is the 14th day of its arrival in Bangalore Madiwala office and my home is just 4 kms from Madiwala. To deliver things within 4km range I personally feel it should not take 14 days.

This is nothing but pathetic service
