Dear sir,

i m an registered done card distributor (ld00031099) i cancelled three tickets from railticketonline.com

one month ago but i havent received the refnd yet also on 19/04 i tried to book one ticket but that ticket wasnt book but my money got deducted.

DETAILS OF TICKETS CANCELLED:-

1) RBR1071291 RFND AMT (192 RS) CANCEL DATE 1/04

2) RBR993137 RFND AMT (456 456=912 RS) CANCEL DATE 8/04, 14/04

DETAIL OF TICKET OF WHICH WRONG MONEY GOT DEDUCED:-

RBR1979553 AMT 3615RS DATE OF DEDUCTION 19/04
